The Vacancy
Working with the low code team, you’ll be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to understand requirements, design and deliver scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform & AI stack, delivering our Power Platform and M365 Copilot advisory services and ensure seamless integration across various systems and platforms.
What you'll be doing...
Lead and manage Power Platform consulting engagements, from scoping and planning to implementation and successful delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements and technical designs using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), architecture diagrams, and user manuals – both functional and technical.
Ensure the Power Platform solutions align with the organisations strategic goals and adhere to industry best practices and security standards.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams by way of assistance with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and code review.
Conduct regular assessments of existing Power Platform & AI solutions, where appropriate, to identify areas for improvement and learning, and recommend enhancements or optimisations.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and releases within the Power Platform & AI ecosystem and evaluate their potential impact on digital transformation initiatives both now and in the future.
Collaborate with other architects, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate Power Platform & AI solutions with existing systems where applicable.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and workshops for end-users and key stakeholders, enabling them to effectively utilise and adopt Power Platform solutions.
Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and advice, participating in client meetings, and assisting with solution Proof of Concept and demonstrations.
Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including developers, designers and Project Managers, throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Actively identify opportunities for value-added services.
Articulate the value of Low code platforms within organisations and why they matter.
Solid understanding of Power Platform and AI governance across PPAC, MAC, Entra and Azure.
Solid understanding of Responsible AI and testing methods for agentic solutions (ie red teaming)
Working in an agile way to design and deliver a backlog of work items for our customers.
Collaborate with stakeholders in managing and prioritising product backlogs, and enabling stakeholders with regards agile methodologies, relevant tools and ceremonies.
Work toward Microsoft Certifications pertinent to the role.
Skills and experience needed...
You’ll need to be comfortable with the nature of consultancy, especially in a fast-paced environment, that comes with working with Microsoft’s UK Partner of the Year for 2025. You’ll also need strong, demonstratable experience as a Power Platform Solution Architect, with a deep understanding of all areas of the Power Platform stack.
Proven experience as a Power Platform Solution Architect in a similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
An expert in creating, designing, and delivering applications with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and/or Code Apps.
In depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Power Automate, including custom connectors and error handling
A strong understanding around data integration techniques and experience integrating Power Platform & AI solutions with external systems and databases.
A solid understanding of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, and experience deploying and managing Power Platform solutions in a cloud environment.
Experience in crafting multi-agent solutions with Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft Foundry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
As a base, we’d expect you to have the following Microsoft Certifications: PL-100, PL-200, PL-600 (or to be working towards these and able to demonstrate skills and knowledge associated with the learning paths). Other related Certifications are advantageous and evidence technical breadth.
Understanding of Power Platform and agent governance and adoption techniques
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent documentation skills with regards technical architectures, system designs and other relevant project documentation.
