The Role
As a Technical Consultant, you’ll be part of our Managed Services function. You’ll use your expertise to troubleshoot complex scenarios, identify root causes, and design enhancements and changes that improve customer outcomes.
Your work will span across Dynamics 365 CE, Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI analytics, and integrations with external systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is passionate about continuous learning.

What will I be doing?

Technical Troubleshooting – Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, applying root cause analysis and proactive problem-solving.
Solution Enhancement – Design and implement improvements using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 CE.
Customization & Configuration – Tailor Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Portals and workflows to meet evolving business needs.
Data & Integration – Support data integrations, API integrations, and connectivity between Microsoft and external systems.
Development – Build and extend platform capabilities using C#, JavaScript, PowerFX, and SQL.
Quality Assurance – Conduct testing and debugging to ensure robust and reliable solutions.
Collaboration – Partner with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Knowledge Sharing – Contribute to documentation and provide guidance to end-users and internal teams.
Continuous Improvement – Stay current with platform updates and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

What will I bring to the role?

Practical experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven & Portals), Power Automate, and Power BI.
Familiarity with C#, JavaScript, PowerFX, and SQL for custom development.
Exposure to APIs, integrations, and Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse etc).
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
A proactive mindset focused on solving problems and improving customer experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams and manage multiple priorities.
Passion for learning and staying ahead of trends in Power Platform, AI, and cloud technologies.

Certifications (preferred):

PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant
PL-400: Power Platform Developer
